Good morning, Heather. I hope all is well with you and your staff. The ceilings upstairs and in the bathroom on the main floor are just beautiful, by the way.

We’ve lived in our home for 8 years now. When we first moved in we noticed the upstairs master bedroom was in need of a new ceiling, as well as the main floor bathroom ceiling. We thought we had the time to do it ourselves, but of course, we did not. Once we decided to look for someone to do the work, it was a rather daunting job deciding who to trust to come into our home and give us what we wanted.

By looking on the internet we found New Generation. The website is very professional and well put together. We particularly enjoyed the pictures of the staff. It is nice to know exactly who may be coming into our home. From the first phone call to New Generation, we felt we were making the best choice of who would do the work. Heather was very patient with finding a time when someone could come out and take a look at our project.

It only took one meeting with Don Peasley, and we knew we were making the best decision in saying yes to New Generation coming in and doing the work. We were not only impressed with Don and his crew’s knowledge and expertise concerning our project but also their diligence and work ethic. I couldn’t even get them to take a break for coffee and cookies.

Mike and Dario came after Don and Kyle to do the taping and mudding as well as the texturing of our new ceilings. What a gorgeous job they did. The final results are exactly what we had hoped for. We did not expect such a fine crew of workers coming into our home, respecting our young children, my wife and I, and our privacy. New Generation will definitely come back into our home to do the rest of our ceilings.
